About Me
I know the suffering that comes from being unhappy with your body, carrying around excess weight that you have tried everything under the sun to get rid of. None of the countless diets, juice cleanses, calorie counting, harsh gym routines, jabs, pills or shakes have worked long term, and nor are they sustainable, leaving you in a constant cycle of self-criticism, unhappiness and despondency.
Body and weight issues have haunted me since I was a young girl. I have spent many years researching and studying weight loss, with the result that I have lost all my unwanted weight, and kept it off too! Weight management, once an almighty burden on me, has now become a gift that just keeps on giving!
It is for this reason that I decided to offer boutique life and weight loss coaching for select clients. I help women who feel that they’ve “tried everything”, and have come to believe that their weight loss goals are impossible. They’ve been trying to lose weight for so long but with little or no lasting success, and they now think it’s hopeless – that they’re incapable of losing weight. Well, I am here to show them that they absolutely can lose weight – naturally and permanently!
